而家K3...上開英語會話班...但導師話佢有D TENSE 唔係咁好..例如:Where are you go yesterday?my son: i go to ........,其實小一GRAMMER應該係教到嗎? 印象中好似冇咁深,但未教又點教佢講?

Who is the organizer for this conversation program? Is the instructor a local guy? For foreign program, I believe they won't care the grammar usage for a K3 kid as long as the expressed idea is clear.

係架, 小一真係唔須要學grammar. 相反, 你出去學反而覺得學校根本未用到o甘深, 學左唔用又會忘記. 所以我都係交左幾個月學費就停了. 無謂浪費金錢. 我而家等小朋友小二時報writing, 好多學校一年級巳寫作, 我小朋友的學校都好著重這方面. 儲多d vocab可能比學grammar有用.

小二也無需出外學寫作，沒有好的底子，跟本去學寫作祗時浪費時間與金錢，而vocab ...

我也絕對同意閱讀是寫作的好基礎

佢地久不久有CREATIVE WRITING, 老師都有講過唔駛理佢地寫成點, 不過我忍唔住糾正我女女的文法呀.

我仔都有文法錯，甚至有時用chinglish，但現階段我仍然鼓勵他多點free writing

I guess your teacher is not very familiar in teaching "small" kids. Otherwise, he won't comment on this "有D TENSE 唔係咁好" for a K3 student

其實在開始時,我們教BB廣東話都沒有管文法。BB能表達,已經歡喜雀躍。

最理想當然是在家能提供一個適合的語境。情況不容許，就多閱讀吧。但這卻是看來自然不過，又往往被忽略的事情。

you should be proud of him being able to answer the teacher's question in English! Don't worry about grammar for now. It's not the most important thing for a K3. The main point is to get the message across. And to do this, learning more vocabulary is the key. =]

But how to let them learn the strict rule in grammar such as differentiating between s or es. I wonder a primary one student always make this kind of mistake. How to avoid without drilling worksheets ? Infrequent writing exercise only helps them avoid part of the common mistakes at this stage. Any advice? Thanks~~~
