有冇媽媽可以講下返下晝班的小朋友的timetable 呀? 通常幾點起身,小睡同夜晚幾時瞓?
我個仔仔依家返地區的PN班至8月，通常佢8點起身，12 點放學，3至5點瞓晏覺，10 點上床。之後佢9月會返另一間PN 的下午班（佢係大仔，所以我俾佢讀多半年PN).我好驚佢到時會適應唔到同埋唔知點安排佢的瞓覺時間。

My girl studied AM at PN, now studing PM at K1. I was worried about the change from AM to PM too but seem like it is not a problem to her. Studying PM allows her to sleep later like 10pm and she usually sleeps 12 hours. Although she cannot take nap with PM class now, but when she feels tired that day, she will go to bed earlier herself.
