Can anyone tell me when should I apply for P1? My son is now in K1, so I should start applying this time next year? Just want to make sure I don't missed the dates...

I believe the kindergarten must notify you. You will not miss! And you should apply P1 in September 2013. Now you should do some preparation and search which school you should choose.
