Try Boxhill, I think they are not too hard to get in. My daughter didn't say anything during the interview and still got accepted.

我囡囡16個月大, 都係一樣沒有n班收佢, 在interview又一樣唔出聲, 不過我上年遲左報boxhill, 所以現在佢地都已收晒新生了,如果現在報會唔會太遲?
