朋友孩子明年要考文憑試及通識科覺很難,如跳船去邊?點好?想大學回港studying,因學費太貴

最多人選擇去英國讀sixth form, 考GCE AL, 再經non jupas 入番香港嘅大學;
但要考慮一下, 係英國讀中學貴過讀大學, 兩年中學費用隨時等同三年大學支出. 會唔會將筆費用擺落去讀大學會更好? 而且適應咗個邊讀書環境未必願番番港讀大學.

明白,但如果讀如副學士,條路遠咗和要出多咗錢,不過如去外國有機會學好英文,上到大學會明白教授教書

Please bear in mind, going for GCEAL in UK doesn't necessarily guarantee Non-JU easy admission. Even for some of the most famous schools in UK, HKU requires a harsh conditional offer of 6A* with 90%+ in all modules for a place to read law.

Are you talking about 6A* in GCEAL? I can't imagine how to study 6 A Level subjects?

Yes, but that is because the student does 6 AL subjects. Of course it varies by the school so if a student doing 4 A-Levels applies to HKU then HKU would have probably given out an offer of 4A*. 6 ALs is not impossible, I can now immediately think of a popular combination that some Hong Kong students would certainly be doing - Phy Chem Bio Double Math and Chinese.
