You could try this.
1. Go to  http://www0.hku.hk/cepc/NEW/foremployer/postajob.html
2. Click "private tuition positions" under NETjobs
3. Follow the instructions and fill in the form etc.
4. Under "Tutor requirements", you may specify that you want a native English speaker to teach your kid oral English etc.

There are many foreign students studying in HKU.  If they are interested, they will contact you.  I haven't used this service for many years, so I don't know what the current rate is for a native English speaker.  By the way, they are students only and they probably have little teaching experience.  But I think they should be fine for your purpose.

I wonder if the other universities in HK have a similar service.  Any parents know?

如果你搵個asian, 由小到大的講英文的, 會平一些

由一些外國長大的abc, 回流香港讀大學

他們不太會中文, 但為了籌學費, 會收得較平

200-250hr

我朋友個女, 讀緊RC, GRADE 12, 都收人200HKD

鬼佬350 HR 冇走雞

因為教小朋友較輕鬆, 兩舊水話唔定會有鬼佬(唔好搵個歐洲, 除英國, 英國與

重點是美國的外國人)

如果是asian 長大的abc, 你可以試下壓價170hkd /.hr

An ABC (American Born Chinese) might speak better English than another ABC (American Born Caucasian).

個人意見：一對一對於一個K1的小孩子可能會較為沈悶，可以先試小組（2-4人），小朋友間可以互動，學費亦會平一些。

又或者時間可以短一些。時間長，小朋友可能精神不集中，以致浪費了時間、金錢。

I think it's more about supply and demand and their reservation utility.
