各位家長：
本人的囡囡2010年1月出世，要報讀2013年度的幼稚園，我想找紅磡附近或九龍區的，請問各位知唔知宜家邊間可以開始報名。THANK YOU!

You might want to collect information on which kinders you want to apply first, by browsing the school websites and also EK. No need to be early, becuase the successfulness is not dependent on the timing of application. As you girl is a Jan girl, no worries, a lot of good kinders will welcome your application.

My girl was Jan 09 BB girl, I was also anxious like you do. I applied for one in Kowloon Tong 1.5 years ahead, they kept my application until recently, but I was no longer interested in them as I got good offers on hand, as a result I wasted $30 application fee.
