Choose a PN close to your home, and apply other more famous K1 later. Most of those top tier kindergartens don't have PN class. You may check the following link to see which kindergarten have pre-nursery classes:

Why not choose famous pn class such as sc (need around 1.5 hr to there) ? but choose nearby kg.

Those dragon schools in HK Island like SH, St. Clares, True Light, etc don't have PN class. Even KCS has PN, the kid will need to conduct the K1 interview again and the K1 seat is not guaranteed. 樓主 is asking about those kindergarten in HK Island not at Kowloon side.

In addition, it's too exhausted for a 2 year old kid to spend 2 hours travelling everyday soley for a 3 hours PN class.

i think you should apply more. its not easy to get offer in PN since not all KG has PN. so that you can have back up. and you can try again in K1
