【明報專訊】教育局昨日公布在2012/13學年，全港資助小學脫離「殺校」危機，未有因收生不足而停止開辦小一，並已去信通知各校的建議班級結構及教職員編制。

資助小學校長會主席梁兆棠認為，局方有正視學界意見，但由於政府未訂下全面小班的時間表，擔心在人口下降下，有小學日後仍難逃「被殺」風險。

I assume no need to have the allocation already. In order to know since mathematically if the total number of forms submitted in a certain net, minus am estimation of successful percentage thru section A, and they would know the numbers of seats will be taken.

Quite honestly, as this is the second year of the birth rate upward trend, it is impossible to have primary schools being cut anymore.
