我個女曾在Eng Excel上了大半年，是最多一對四，每堂1.5hr.，形式大概是先個別讀英文書，再有活動，例如做comprehension,整cookies,,writing,games...等.都開心嘅，但相信要一段日子才見到效果，但$就花了不少。

我信慢功出細貨！（都幾阿Q!!）
但我好欣賞佢地（EE）嘅活動教學，同多元化學習。過去大半年，有玩過作詩，畫漫畫，寫故事，作話劇對白。而家小朋友每星期有時覺得悶，如果有靈感就攞支筆去自己寫作。而小朋友每星期都好期待上課，所以都好多謝佢地嘅老師。
但又要好負責咁講，亦有失敗嘅個案，我見過有家長唔滿意小朋友嘅進度。估計問題係家長期望交俾學校，學校會攪掂晒。但係呢間學校係唔會對應一般學校嘅課程，反而會集中令小朋友愛上英語，培養讀、寫、聽嘅習慣。所以唔會下下執小朋友嘅文法串字，打擊小朋友自信同興趣。
至於好與壞要好視乎你嘅要求。

Totally agreed with you SCKnight. My son enjoyed a lot at the English Excel but you cannot expect the kids cab be in big progress for short time. But at least he will like learning english and love to read books.

我個都係Excel 讀左近2年(另一center), 老師都是英國人, 感覺佢好喜歡上堂, 又愛英文閱讀, 成日行過都想上堂, 佢另外都在上一些 "近小學教法"的英文center, 就一時時會叫悶, 我相信係Kinder 的小朋友, Excel 是比較合興趣的, 不過如果是小學level, 又想小朋友多寫同學文法(香港補英文式), 就未必是最合啦.

冇記錯好似是$300/1.5 hour/堂.

My son has attended the English Course in EE. He has quit in January. The course material and programme is OK but it is not suitbale for Primary School especially upper form. My daughter is still learing in EE. She will be quit in the next year.

why don't suitable for primary students? which insituation do your child studying in? can u share?

For EE, if it is activity learning, this is similar to British Council... Nowadays, BC is really out lu!

My son is studying in local primary school. The focus or requirements of our school is different from EE. The speed of EE is slower than the school so I decide to quit EE. EE is OK but it is not suitable for me. May be suitable for international school.

間間學校要求都不同,最好問下高年班果D會清楚D,EE因為少作文和閱讀理解,所以我覺得不適合Local School.
