My son (3 years old) has the following characteristics:

1.  Extremely fast in learning
2.  Very good memory
3.  Has very good 專注力
4.  Fluency in speaking
5.  Emotionally extremely unstable, can change from very good to very bad mood in a second
6.  Very frequently cry in a lost control manner(歇斯底里).Has been improving since attending playgroup from 1.5 years old, but still very difficult to handle emotionally.
7.  Not like to miggle with other kids, an individualist

I have the following questions:

1.  Does he bear the characteristics of a gifted child?
2.  Where can I bring him to check?  At what age can he be checked?  How much does it cost?
