We had received a letter from KV regarding the purchase of miscellaneous items such as School, text books, direct debit form for school fee & etc. yesterday
Reply Deadline: on or before 17 March 2012

Meanwhile, the purchase of school uniform will be informed in May

The letter also mentioned that: -

If you have decided not to enroll your child in Kentville Kindergarten for 2012/2013 School year, please inform us in writing as soon as possible so that we can release the spot to applicants on the wait-list

I did it this morning and hope that it helps shortening waiting time

BTW, the staff who received my fax of withdrawal notice was very nice. I will gonna to miss this good school too

I also sent the withdrawal notice to KV this afternoon. Hope the seat will be given to a kid who will cherish the school life at KV. I believe it's a very good school.

The letter on Miscellaneous items include the following

Tuition fee: $2,477 x 10 months (unchanged from last year)
School bag:  $70
Printed exercised book:  $420  Compulsory items
Reading Program: $150 Compplusory items
Texbooks (Longman) $350
Summer PE uniform  $170
Winter PE uniform: $370

There are no information regarding snack/ normal uniform.  Hence I dunno if there are other fees aprat from the above. But these looks reasonable to me

The tuition fee being $2477 for many years already. I am so surprise that they are not going to increase the tuition fee. Its cheaper than so many kinders even if they are not famous.

KV茶點自己帶，冬天校服連褸大約一千，夏天校服大約三四百，生日會唔會另外收錢。

Summer PE uniform $170

The letter did not include other items that mentioned here. I will not know the details of other items cos I had withdrawn the admission. Hope you also get what you want, best regards

根據上年, 五月頭學校會發信五月中到親身到學校交9月學費及買冬夏季校服, 夏季around $350 (全套), 冬季around $1,000(全套)...建議可先買定冬季因為一到轉冬季時候可能會斷碼, 校褸一定要買因為學校唔准著自己既褸架

夏季黑色or白色皮鞋都可以, 但冬季一定要著黑色皮鞋, 所以買黑色較為符合經濟原則...另外女仔冬天著裙係唔可以著襪褲架

I have just received a letter from KV confirming the receipt of my withdrawal notice. Indeed I did confirm over the phone as I send it thru fax.

The letter includes the unused photo, with Good words of gratitude and best wishes from the school.
The school really has very good follow up work. Gonna to miss this good school.
