I am living in West Kowloon, and my daughter will go to NIS this September. Their school bus only reach to Shatin, Tai Po and Ma On Shan. Any current parents who live in Kowloon side can share your transportation experience? Thanks!

My daughter will be in K3/Y1 class next year. I have just found a bus goes from my home directly to near Kindergarten campus, but then i was just told that K3/Y1 will be relocated in Primary campus this September. So, i think no direct bus goes to priamry campus?

Yes. The school just decide to relocate K3 class to primary campus from this Aug/Sep. The principal also said they may arrange school bus service for kindergarten campus. It is a good news for me

I m thinking whether the primary school campus is big enough to accommodate k3 to g5/6?

There are 2 k3 classes and 2 g1 classes... One class each for g2-g5/6, but the campus only has 6 -7 classrooms!

就算K3變G1, 都係唔夠班房… 除非2班合併1班… 但合併後1班就好多人…

我啱啱arrange咗下星期visit, 到時問吓先. 另外之前kindergarten嗰邊話我知k3/ y1會多咗少少人, max 22, 但會有一個老師加一個E.A.

i have asked about secondary school when i go to pay deposit. They said it's just at the very beginning stage, they are still waiting for the gov to offer a land, they hope they can have a land within Tai Po area.

I have sent email to Generations Christian Education last week checking the status abt NIS secondary school updates. They told me they hold the plan till 2015 due to prioritized strategic initiatives.

I hope they can reconsider the plan again because I really hope NIS has Secondary school even my boy is studying K1 now.....

My girl will be in K3/Y1 this coming September, i think the chance for entering NIS secondary is slim... it takes at least several years to build a secondary school.
