my daughter 之前first inn 時DG話佢依家in waiting list，話遲D可能會同你面試(要同有得1st in D人面完試)，但依家仲味有news......

i don't understand ! have u attended 1st interview on 18 Feb ? u are on waitlisted for 2nd interview ?

i got it, situation like HYS.... first round (second int)....then second round (with second int)

audition should be exclusive for student who has been invited for 1 round interview.

Had you received the "Formal Application Form" from the school last December. Had you submitted the "Formal Application Form" and paid the $50 application fee on or before Jan 17?

簡介會上校長話如果有d特異功能不是學校見開個d，學生要讓她知道.....所以我想會唔會有d special audition。

當天校長無舉例！
我講嗰個〝胡2〞朗誦真係好叻ga, 出場有90%以上得第一，無第一都會有名次，而且佢非常勇躍參加各大小比賽，我想屋企d杯呀、牌呀應該似座山，有玩開朗誦嘅都應該知道佢！真係一個異能人士。而DGS嘅文武audition又無朗誦份，但遇到呢d異能人士實在應該俾個機會佢in！

如果無收到dgs寄比你的正式申請表，又點會有得1st in呢？
坦白講，有得1st in的都仲要等信，睇下有無2nd in,咁個waiting list 應該好長下囉！

yes! She has hand in form to DGS but didn't even have chance toattend the 1st interview

識個朋友仔係用特異功能入女拔，我都有問過佢讀書方面點追，佢話學校入面有分開兩類人，大家都知佢係＂用＂係另類方面，唔會對佢學業有期望，要考10A自然有另外一類人去做

這學校是一所訓練學生 " 有鬥心而又有能力應付 " 的學校, 如沒有父母的支持，而學生又沒有鬥心的理念•••••最好不要入讀.

再者, 學生成績會以其能力分班, 並不是" 馬戲班收生 " .

FYI, DGS first round interviewed with 500-600 student then will shortlist some for second round interview....

大家take it easy la, 理想就更係文武全材，但偏偏現實就真係有人因某方面的好技能，而不需有好學業成績被收。這是好定壞，見人見智，但無論奌，我想指出他們也有在各自的領域付出過過人努力，人地至睬佢地，機會不是天跌落黎的!

離題太遠，我地而家揆亂反正(sorry,神又我，鬼又我！）

我的解讀是：校方think for the worst, assume 1st in 的人, 表現差強人意，揀唔夠人去2nd in，就會揀樓主佢地去in。但請恕我直言，這情況幾乎是無可能發生的！
平常心吧！

完全同意，辦學不是一盆生意，唔應該見風駛利，outsource/recruit那些有特異功能 in order to stay no.1. Well,但仍有很多家長buy,自由市場。

所以喇沙仔對home grown這樣堅持。
