Heard usually they have 1-2 vacancies each year due to family relocation.

For PY2, chance is much slimmer. Given less than 10 seats (I guess) in total and most are allocated to Singaporeans who have priority, chance for local kids is too slim. If u really love the school, the best chance should be at PY1.

Class size of PY 1 is 20 and for PY 2 is 22, so there are at least 10 seats available for this year's applicants.

why Singaporeans have priority?
I got email from them that we only got wait list... I think less chance..

I emailed the admin office about the result for PY1 on Monday, and has not received any reply yet. Could you please advise when you asked and what email address is? Thank you.

They email us on Jan 31 .
They also mention:
I would advise you investigate the possibility of alternative school placements alongside your application to SJS

So I think we have no chance.
