My son is F7, might let him to study overseas if his HKAL result is not good.

However, buget is limited, any suggestion on which country is cheaper? Want to take Accounting / BA.

Is New Zealand / Singapore a good choice?

Australia is cheap.   A friend of mine went to Australia for hospitality/tourism diploma and degree 4 years, only HKD1million including turition fee and home stay expenses.

The other choice is Mainland China.  I heard some people learn foreign languages like Japanese in an university in China, which is much cheaper than in Japan.  The result is same same good.

Yes, like the other EEC but you must know how to speak their language.

That is true.  It is another experience which is different from anglophone.  I studied in US too but now I live in south of France.  I like France a lot more than US in terms of diversity in culture in Europe.

For Australia, say Hotel Mgmt: (1-yr Foundation + Yr.2 & 3 University)

Tutorial Fee:  A$18000/year x HK$8.0   = HK$144,000
Home Stay/Accommodation + Meals:  estiatmation:  HK$10000/month x 10 months =  HK$100,000
Air Tikcet:  HK$7-8000/trip??

I think around HK$250,000 - 300,000

Also:  Insurance etc.

I understand that the student will read an ordinary degree for 3 years and, if his/her results are good, s/he can take another year to get the honours degree.
