成日覺得林校長會有佢自己一套揀人標準，除左之前睇舊post提過會問番之前interview既野考記憶之外，都應該無乜得prepare。
來到而家我都平常心了，自己同朋友既經歷都覺得好多野係無得控制，入唔入到心儀學校真係講緣份！祝大家都同YW有呢份緣，可以入選！

If "touch wood" he can't get the offer in this final round 3 interview, can we try to "knock door" later? when try to do it better? thank you for your good sharing.

以前, 可能有機會, 因為YW 早過DBS出result, 所以, 入到last round interview 有機會後補成功

今年, DBS/SPCC 出左result, 而YW 都未完last round interview, under this situation, 考到YW又唔讀機會低好多

flyda, I suggest you read previous posts in this category relating to YW. Lots of enthusiastic parents (including myself) have shared their experience and I think it will be useful to spend some time to locate them.

A lot of questions go to the kid ?Hope a little bit shy doesn't matter. The principal always stresses the importance of honoring kid's uniqueness, doesnt she ?

2 年前 Interview 過，不知現在有否不同。

1st Interview 分兩次。

1st Interview (a) 小組見老師，一般面試問題。
1st Interview (b) 小組見校長，要帶一本故事書（忘了是中文還是英文，又好像中英文要各帶一本），校長好像要同學互借故事書閱讀，再問問題，考記憶力等。

2nd Interview，家長和小朋友一齊見校長，會問小朋友上次見校長的情況，物件放在那裏（好像有恐龍、星球大戰鐳射劍等），再和家長傾談（我覺得主要看家長的誠意）。

因此 Interview 除一般面試外（1a），好考學生的中、英文閱讀能力，記憶力，和其他小朋友相處、應對、分享等能力。

Feel exactly the same. If the 3rd round aims to test the memory of the kid, it should have been done in Round 1 and 2 when a couple of memory games were conducted. 2-3 Questions to the parents while meeting the prinicipal won't unflod the suitability of the kid/family sufficiently. So, likely depends on Principal Lam's "feeling" only. To me, it seems there's a ranking after 1st and 2nd round already.

我諗都係！照例一本書俾小朋友做實驗、一隻DVD和一本書俾家長睇！叫做打完場吧！我都覺得小朋友大多數都能答對記憶題，只再feel吓整體的感覺吧！又或者早已排好d分數!

But my son hadn't answered all the questions and wasn't told to do any experiment. So I think he's no chance.
