If I want to arouse a 3-year-old's interest in Mathematics, is "Enopi" a good choice? Is there any centre of "Enopi" in Kowloon (Prince Edward, Mongkok, Yau Ma Tei etc.) that could be recommended?

Yes! My boy's been doing Enopi Math since three and a half. Highly recommended!
