Congratulations! Cranbrook School has got the ever excellent results both in A-levels and GCSE results this year. In the coming year, because of the retirement the existing principal Mrs angela, Reading School's existing principal will be appointed as the Headteacher next year. I am willing he can push more effort on the academic. As the place is competitive, there are not enough for the local people too. So, fthe school will not comet to Hong Kong to invite Hong Kong people. It learnt that some families moved to the town in order to path the way for their kids for admission into the school.
2. Year 9 is a year for the student to familiarize themselves into the shcool and surroundings, year 10 was a guite harsh year as they had to seat for GCSE Science's subjects exam. For the weekend activities, for the boys , ususally playing rugby matches and the schedule is on scheduled. All the boarders had to join the sunday activites, they are always fully different. To visit the park, to ride a roller coaster, goto cinema, to ride ice skating, paintballing, mountain biking in Bedgebury , visit to Brighton, London , Canterbury, etc. anyway, all the acitivites are great and exciting. As the pool is open , only open in summer term, no school team training but Mr Green, Head of PE will select some swimmers who is excellent in swimming to join the Kent league and inter-schools swimming competition. For the school extra-curriculars are also great, you may search from the shool's website, the only club you should mention that was the CAF and RAF ( military training) . Drama play is excellent adn famous in this School, you will enjoy the play displayed by the students and the boarders , it is fun. Queen's hall is very famous in Kent . Students had the chance to watch the famous show presented by the famous actors all the times.
3. In 2009/10 and 2010/11, there was only 1 boy admiited to the school Lodge respectively. In 2011/12, there are 4 boys admtted in Year 9 , not much Hong Kong people will push them to response in fully english. I think there are less than 15 Hong KOng people in different years in the school.

4. Canteen is great, it is big enough to accomodate over 250 people at one time , for the food , I had taken a dinner before, I enjoyed the food very much, the boarders can have steak once per month, sometimes, they have curry , spaghetti, pizza, bread, soup , rice, mash , beans, chicken, etc. In the boarding houses, they have snack such as bread and cheese, chocolate cake , etc. the house rules are strict, so don't woryy about the bullying.| 歡迎光臨 教育王國 (/) | Powered by Discuz!
