piano exam在四月考同十一月考有何分別呢?請指導

I don't think there are any real difference. The syllable is the same.
You just need to see which months you would prefer to have the exam, such as too busy for school exam or not.

you can download the form in the website of HKEAA. If you want to enroll the exam in April/May, you must send the application now!
