雖然要明年先知結果, 但係我諗我地都唔得多.....因為個日小朋友發完高燒, 呆呆地, 雖然答哂老師d問題, 但係老師冇問我地所謂必問問題 (如蚊, 校車, 家校合作等), 只係問我地小朋友講野叻嗎, 平時玩咩玩具, 屋企講咩語言同邊個照顧小朋友咁

Most KCS parents choose govt/subsidized schools for their kids. Therefore, many kindergarten graduates will not stay in KCS primary section. For KCS primary, there is an internal interview for KCS kindergarten students and there is no waiting list.

interview 完老師同我地講成功既就2個月內有信，唔成功既唔會有信。我有朋友上年一月底先收到信，係pm offer，佢今年讀緊N，所以要揾定K backup 萬一唔收番原校

hi SmartCandy, maybe you should call the school and ask. In fact I don't believe the school won't arrange school bus. They can't presume all students live nearby within walking distance

What makes you hesitate to take the offer? pm? location? Or you want to stay at HKMS?

I brought my son to the school this morning and I really like the school. It is not an easy decision.

I heard KSC will release the result around Feb.
My son also did not perform well in the interview, and the teach did not ask me any regular questions. My friend's son attended same day interview with my son but 30mins later. He can answer all the questions and the teacher also my friend( mom) the regular questions....seems if you kid did not answer teacher's question, the teacher lost paitent to motivate/encourage your kids to talk. (this is what I feel)

well i think their questions are quite simple and straight forward this year. there must be lots of kids perform well in the interview. so, it's just a matter of luck.

大家常常混亂了KCS同KCIS - 其實是同一個campus但不同school，KCIS是行IB的國際學校，英語爲主但也十分看重中文/普通話，可以一條龍上；而KCS local stream 是普通話幼稚園，輔以英語教學。
我常跟朋友說，當KCS local stream 的“英普”比一般“英普”更“普”，因爲連門口伯伯和嬸嬸也是說普通話的。

KCIS出了第一輪offer啦，am class full啦，好似call 了另外一round interview在一月份；至於KCS local stream，就好似要等二月底前通知。
我的小朋友interview表現有好有不好，加上競爭這麽激烈，所以不敢抱好大的信心，怕希望越大失望越大。

我好想好想我的小朋友可以有offer，God Bless us!!!

1 英普的学習比例
2 如同隔離高主教比，如何取捨

英普比例？不太清楚，只知道每天都有native speaker教英文，比起其他出名的英普，英文當然不多，但以學卷的幼稚園來説，他們的語文要求、水平算很不錯，其他類似我知道有崇真國際。不過，我之前看過有家長話KCS local stream今年也不參加學卷了，不知道是真是假。
與高主教比較？如果是男孩子，我會搏一搏讀高主教，雖然不是100%直升，起碼叫做有優勢。KCS小學競爭也很激烈，學校方面有沒有priority比幼稚園學生我還沒開始收集資料，所以不知道。我們也有報高主教，但因爲我們的是囡囡，雖然高主教是男女校，但女生比例太低了，我不喜歡，所以沒有去面試。當然，高幼每個月3800學費真的不便宜，首年復辦又沒有任何往積參考，所謂的升小優勢也是口講無凴，所以，真的是搏一搏，或者幾年後運作順利出了名，就會取代St Paul Church成爲港島男童的頭號幼稚園。

真光好，100%直升；不過我們是天主教家庭，所以prefer天主教或無宗教 -- 所以仲15/16報不報聖公會，雖然都係做炮灰多

我也不知道呢。我有朋友的小朋友讀SKH K1，話K3有1/3入St Paul co-ed，但K1每日都要溫書（我唔知佢溫物）；但我另外一個朋友有SKH都不要，情願仔仔讀KV，因爲佢自己係SKH教徒，又係St Paul Boys舊生，又係舊生會活躍分子，所以入St Paul Boys 無難度，但佢話SKH入St Paul co-ed的小朋友，其實父母兩邊都係舊生的唔少，同幼稚園未必有好大關係，所以寧願操fit小朋友，反正佢有St Paul Boys 做backup。

至於St Paul Church真係唔知，反正我地都無offer，唔關我事
