I and my daughter went for the TT interview last night. The format was okay, just like attending playgroup. There are 4 teachers in total in the room. One of them telling story and guiding children to sing, etc. The other 3 were observing the children and marking. However, for some reason, all the 3 teachers were only concentrating on one of the little boy and did not even look at any of the other children. The teacher who tells story will ask each child in turn for same questions. When the teacher asks other children questions, the 3 teachers only smiline at the little boy and waving hands to him. When it is the little boy's turn, all the three teachers hinting him to answer by saying the answer. After so many interveiws, I never think this game is fair. But I think they should at least pretent to be professional. They don't have to show it when all the parents and children are in the room. I feel myself just like a backdrop in that room.

我都係昨日interview, 但我覺得ok唔錯

當老師講故事問問題時, 我見有小朋友答緊, 但好細聲, 而個老師係度咳緊(我諗佢講太多次), 我阿仔係咁係度話"佢咳呀, 咳呀!" 其他老師可能因為咁聽唔到, 我見佢地即刻起身, 走近果個小朋友度想聽清楚, 而且除左果4個老師外, 我仲見有一個好似主任的人離遠坐係度評分

而且小朋友係跟number坐, 咁老師容易分辨唔同小朋友

我覺得安排唔錯

I think the format and the arrangement are okay. I must say that the little boy is very adorable and very cheerful. Maybe the teachers are all can't stop themselves by being attracted by the little boy. Don't really have any more hard feeling now. Maybe it is just we are unlucky and we are not the type they look for. But just want to share what we experienced.
