I have some questions for learning flute, please advise.

Will it be more difficult for left-handed kids to learn flute ?
What is the best age to start ?
Do they need to change the flute when they grow bigger, just like violin has 1/4, 1/2, 3/4...?
How much per lesson to learn at home ?
