GESE Exam

For the March 2012 session, candidates must be at least 3 years old at the time of the examination. With effect from 1st April 2012, candidates must be at least 5 years old at the time of the examination.

即5YRS 才可以考GRADE 1? 其實GRADE 1 好淺的了, 我小朋友3YR時考, 都取了MERIT, 為何要提高年齡先可以考.

唉, 原本諗住3月報考level 1, 5月考level 2 !

因為係細仔, 唔趕今次報, 就要等出年11月先可以考呢 !

咁情況下, 好唔好3月就報考level 2, 不過可能結果只得merit, 咁對日後報小學會唔會無咁好呢 ?

定係3月報番level 1, 應該可以攞 distinction ! 到時只可以攞住佢level 1 result 報小學呢 !

請大家俾下意見 !

Where can you find the information? I can't find information about age limit at the website. is it a rumour or a fact?

It's not a rumor. My son received the exam result yesterday. They also mentioned this on the letter. By the way, my son got distinction in Grade 2. He's K2.

2月頭報考, 3月就有得考, 仲趕得切, 讀唔讀得切就好睇你個女的程度, 有d唔洗讀都可以照考, 如果centre有足夠的candiates考, examiner 會親自去果個center同candiates考, 否則有機會要去其他center考, 自己報在上環考.

其實我是門外漢, 想請問, 小朋友4歲幾, 考grade 1 是否適合? 不讀course去考, 可行嗎?
都想知不讀course, 那處有書賣作考試準備?
