China is the "rising star" now, and over 95% of HK people are Chinese.

Nobody feel shock, baulked or disheartening when a non-Chinese cannot speak Chinese in TV interviews?

why kids have to be attacked for this when their home culture is Chinese? is this a crime for not be able to speak fluent English on TV?

What's the point? what's the attitudes of this writer褚簡寧 ? arrogant? empathetic? or caring about kid's education with his genuine heart?
