有學者指出，大學畢業生溝通能力欠佳，令他們未能覓得理想工作。

高學歷可能換來低收入？一項研究發現，3成大學畢業生月入少於9千元，1成人更屬月入少於5千元的「貧窮族」。研究同時指，分別有8%青少年自尊感低，及不能積極解決人際間的衝突、13%人沒信心應付工作。

學者提醒，部分大學畢業生欠溝通能力，致未能覓得理想工作，建議提供相關培訓。

欠溝通力學者倡培訓

青年事務委員會去年委託嶺南大學社會學及社會政策系，訪問4,700多名14至29歲的青少年，當中近400人為擁有大學學位或以上的在職人士。

研究發現，在每周工作最少35小時、並擁有學士學位的受訪者中，3成人月入低於9千元，1成人更屬月入低於5千元的「收入貧窮」族。

整體青少年的競爭力又如何？13%受訪者承認沒信心應付工作；在職青少年中，有約14%對工作感到不滿。

34%青少年自認英文差

多達34%青少年自認英文差，遠多於中文差（16%）及應用電腦能力差（20%）的人。研究又發現，青少年依賴互聯網維繫人際關係，23%每天花3至5小時「蒲」facebook及Twitter等社交網。

該研究亦根據青少年的自我評價計算出其抗逆力和社交能力，以5為滿分，他們奪得約3.4分，屬中等水平；但仍分別有8%自尊感低及不能積極解決人際衝突；3成受訪者透露，經常感到壓力大。

約18%受訪者承認作出不當行為，如打架、勒索金錢、沉迷網吧、網上欺凌等；25%人有一定程度的強迫購物問題。

就大學生「高學歷、低收入」，理工大學社會科學系講座教授石丹理指，部分大學生社交和溝通能力欠奉，只能覓得基層工作：「我們假設大學生都有這些能力，但其實都要教。」此外，部分人畢業於海外「野雞大學」、欠競爭力，仍須進修。

他補充，這代青少年過分受保護，抗逆力較低，中學又不重視抗逆力、自尊感等的教育，結果青少年的成長過程，被單一價值扭曲了：「人家只看你會考有幾條A，很少讚你畫畫和踢波叻；家長告訴你，讀不好書以後就乞食，結果成績不好就找不到自尊感，整個社會的觀念都要改！」

Since the MWO came into effect on 1May11, it should be adjusted unless they're not eligible.

Anyway, higher education except vocational training may not proportional to one's working ability, aptitude & so on. It may be time for us to change our social/tranditional belief that a U degree should entitle a higher income level.

As it's effective this year, so I put a question mark on this type of "Survey", too superficial....... From another post, you also identified the inconsistence of those data....

I am not 100% sure - the problem of the institution or the media.....

Totally agreed.

I wonder how comes a survey result appears beyond people's comprehension?

Besides, from media's angle, some particular aspects which may arouse most people's eyesight & interest would normally be magnified thousand times regardless of its influence.

Sigh... Education becomes more & more difficult & complicated for our ignorant next generation.

好同意你的解說，我都發覺，好多問卷都是想有那些答案才編寫，和到什麼地方做問卷和對象，為求達到想要的答案。

其實這類統計，連是否科學化也成問題。
問卷內容是怎樣呢？
是用甚麼方式統計？電話訪問？街頭問卷？
簡單一個狀況，如果訪問都在 weekdays 8am-7pm 進行，正上班的人你根本聯繫不上。
又，如果是街頭問卷，在中環和在上水做亦有不同。 ...

I will put in a range HK$8k-12k. It's all depend on job nature and availability of suitable candidates. I think min wages, most likely for semi-skillful labour or below, they don't have much choices .....

Of course, we can like some professional firms to squeeze them say HK$5-7k, once they certified, they will move on. Different fields may have different philosophies......

If I pay them reasonably with some training, most of them stay more than 2-3 years, half of their time have contribution to the company.
