小女有幸獲 st clare 取錄應否選 st clare 而放棄大抽獎 ? 是否有點可惜?

I confirmed with the school already that we can still enter into the lucky draw even though got the offer! No worry!

from the letter, it should mean if U enroll in Jan lucky draw then St Clare's will classify u give up the seat from them, same case as Kau Yan. U can get offer from 21/11 but can't enroll in Jan lucky draw. (Of coz u can go join Lucky draw, but it means u give up the offer by St Clare's)

the letter has made it very clear. going into lucky draw = give up offer. make sure you really want to surrender place at st clare before you go into lucky draw

我朋友在2009年,
有去St. Clare made registration & paid $600,
之後亦有參加大抽獎, 最後抽到聖心,
現在讀緊聖心...

私立小學 = 私校 = 有限公司 = 私人公司

津貼學校、直資學校、官立學校（同受政府資助，在同一系統內）

所以私立學校收了你，去註冊，交錢留位，他們就必須收你。

私立小學不能要求你放棄政府學位，等於百佳不能禁止你去惠康買東西，她只能「通知」教育局我收了「某某」，打聲招呼。所以你再去政府學校參加大抽獎，政府（教育局）不能拒絕你，因這是你的權利，否則是政府行政失當，可引至司法覆核。
