It is already mid Nov, has anyone got 2nd interview from CKY? Seems very quiet for this school.

my friend told me he got a waiting list letter. How come waiting list without 2nd interview? Does that mean reject letter?

Would it mean CKY send out 2nd interview letters and waitlist (all those not getting into 2nd in) on Fri/Sat, and most of the others will receive the letters on Monday (tomorrow)?

Let's wait and see and we probably know more by next week.

咁快有waiting letter....仲未有second-in名單公報喎，以舊年的程序是在CKY網頁內分批出second-in名單，唔通今年改咗

i called the school last week, they said the letter will be sent out at the end of Nov, but they cannot give a date. Doesn't sounds very well organized.

seems to me ckys management and internal communication could be better. I called up cky to enquire abt p1 admission and the info given was not 100% accurate and I guess the staff answered the phone was not fully informed.

that said, good admin doesnt necessarily mean good school. cky showed decent ib results last year.

A clarification. 第一年公佈的是iGCSE成績，而第一屆的IBDP成績要到2013年才會有。

我都等2nd interview的消息等到呆左，不過學校這個安排，或許是待自行派位有結果後，可能會有部份家長放棄CKY，那麼學校可較容易選取那些真正想入讀的學生。

I checked CKY school calendar, they have Y8 UK tour from 10-25/11. Like last year, the school will call 2nd interview after study tour. I hope we will get good news next week!
