北角民生係冇一條龍架，佢只係一家私營嘅幼兒園/幼稚園，唔係九龍嗰間。
有成4-5 個net teacher, 一個普通話老師，至於有幾多時間，我冇留意。

I agreed with vnghk0001. 除非有龍校offer，如果唔係都會繼續喺民生讀，民生真係好好嘅學校，小朋友學嘢又快又開心，老師又鍚d小朋友，其實小朋友開心先最重要！

每一班都有一個NET班主任，長期同小朋友一齊上堂，日日都有story time, english time. 我個女已经識矖26個字母（唔係我地教架）同一d vocabulary, 每週仲有one on one time with NET teacher 教英文同story telling

見到今日經濟日報又有news話 "求學求分數學童壓力爆煲", 真係要認真考慮下係咪應該留喺民生，因為小朋友實在係讀得太開心，自從小女返咗民生之後叻咗好多，仲又乖又聽話，連我d朋友都覺得小女唔同矖，真係wonder 盲目追求名校係咪啱 .....

Yes, the school is so far so good. The teacher including Ms Choi are very nice. If there is no better school, I also hope my son staying here..

Does any parent get news of the no. K1 students they will offer next year?

My son is attending PNA. As I noticed the school has offer some seats to K1 candidate, I asked Ms Choi last week and she said there would be notice later.

What? Do you mean not all PN students can be promoted to K1? What if the school reject my child to K1? In Feb 2012, all the school has accepted K1 students..

The tuition fee for 2011 /2012 half-day PN class is $3,155. You can check that from their website. The book and miscellanous charge is around a thousand something (for half year), but I'm not sure as my child studies whole-day class, which includes blanket etc. There is no extra charges for snack fee or lunch fee (the snack and lunch fee can be waived by submitting a written request)

呂郭都收咗阿女讀全日班，但都諗緊讀唔讀，我又唔覺呂郭地方大d，個校舍好似好舊咁.... 你覺得呂郭出名d嗎？其實我真係唔知係咪出名d.... 我只知我有個外甥仔讀緊呂郭K3, 之前考3間直資，3間都唔收，所以真係唔知值唔值得轉，因爲呂郭比我感覺都係普普通通，同埋大部分呂郭嘅畢業生都係派位，好似唔見得對考直資、私校好大幫助

不過上次interveiw,見他們說每日都有英文堂係外籍的, 又好像幾好,

其實全港得好少一條龍嘅幼稚園，有N班嘅更少，大如St Catherine / 根德園都無小學，而升讀邊間小學，就depends on 你會選讀官津或自資/私立小學，官津係派位嘅，行計分制，基本上同讀邊間幼稚園無關，同埋官津係政府資助學校唔駛比學費，自資/私立小學就要靠小朋友能力考同要學費的。

都係嘅! 不過都reject 左啦! 兩星期後佢會考埋聖大, 如果聖大唔收就真係安心比佢讀番呢到啦

如我點解試吓轉可能只想間學校大D, 多D同學仔又可以玩多Dgroup比賽, 第二有D戶外地方比佢吸吓戶外空氣...係呀, 我見佢D抽氣線成日唔開, 其實我覺得開住可以令空氣流通D, 有時同學仔打嘖嘖都可以抽出去, 我有時都想同Miss Choi反映吓不過唔知點開口

just got it tonight & accepted for full day class but they asked us to pay the reservation fee by 21 Nov...so today is 17 Nov, we just got 3 days to consider...

& cost $1320 for full day

that is not good arrangement...or just want to get the reservation fee as they should know most of other school results have not released yet, even not interview!!!

Yes Man Sang is a very good school. I really don't think that their campus is small wor!!! But they don't have outdoor area which is true (At the same time less chance to get a cold during Winter time.... When my son was in Methodist church's playgroup, he got sick easily because he always run and sweating in the outdoor place).

I would choose Man Sang ( We didn't apply for Ming Wai). Man Sang is less commercial and all the teachers are VERY nice. I am not saying that Ming Wai is not good but my son went to Man Sang since playgroup and I have no complaint to this school.

My son got Methodist church, Ling Nan and Man Sang offers last year and we chose Man Sang for him.

the teachers and principal of ming wai impressed me as they treat the children good from their hearts throughout the interview process....and, for the man seng interview, just a mess and the teachers were not helpful and gave me the impression 造樣畀家長睇

要補充，my son was 扭計 in both kgs cos 2 interviews were in his nap time, in man seng, the teachers just let him go and do nothing (just take care of the one who behave well)...in ming wai, the vice-principal tried to comfort my son and after knowing that he was just becoz of urging for a nap, gave encourgement and my son finally smiles....

我住東區一程只係$380, 我覺得OK, 而且學校肯出兩架車去東區, 一隻去康怡, 一隻直去鯉景灣出口, 所以箕箕灣都好快好方便。

如果你問我民生有乜唔好, 我其實唔鐘意個校長, 佢成日行行企企唔知仲乜? 上次去佢地畢業禮都唔見佢講野, 返而個校監好有heat好感動...另外學校成日樣樣野都落晒蔡主任到, 雖然佢超好人, 但真係得雙手兩隻腳, 有一天早上見到佢一邊家長接電話仔仔sick leave, 一邊收校服錢, 一邊解答家長查詢, 自己想問多兩句都唔好意思, 如果佢走左真係唔知邊個幫我地, 請到呢D員工真係乎服何求!!

另外, 老師同家長唔係好密切, , 老師個性好very nice係真, 不過唔似有D樓主話Ming Wai 老師成日打比家長咁主動, 通常都用 paper note通知家長.. 學校比較低調. 呢間學校係要自己用心先至留意到佢地其實對教學誠意, 正如先前講, 原先係一部車去東區, 點知接到家長投訴去筲箕灣太慢時, 佢地立刻拆開兩部車, 妳估有幾多學校做得到? 所以真睇妳buy唔buy.學校風格...

我上年都係因為民生收左而放棄明慧國際pm班，感覺明慧商業化之餘，去度身訂校服時，見到啲老師好年輕，仲好似大細路咁，當時已經有啲唔安心，雖然比晒書簿費+校服費，但我都冇比阿女讀，曾經有諗會唔會後悔揀左民生，但呢一刻我可以話比人聽，我嘅選擇係冇錯嘅，阿女讀得開心。
如果唔係因為阿女得15分考小學，我會比佢繼續讀。

我有個姨甥仔之前讀過明慧嘅國際pn, 但小朋友讀得唔開心唔想返學，仲成日病，所以就算我比咗留位費最终都無讀，我相信每間學校都有好同普普通通嘅老師，so far 民生比我嘅感覺喺exceed expectation, 所以無後悔無揀明慧、衛理堂、啓思、St. Anna (all of which we got offers from). 今年pn interview個日我都有带阿女返學校奏熱鬧，坦白講今年interview嘅arrangement係有d亂，又轉咗group interview, 又無安排参觀班房，所以有d唔同，但民生真係不錯的學校.

That is the point I say earlier....校監好好人教育理念好強, 老師也心地善良, 最可借就係中間管理好似得蔡主任負責監控, 令好多時工作安排程序欠少少..

My baby is attending Man Sang's play group, and I think Miss Hana is the best NET I 've ever met.

Last few weeks, Miss Hana was interviewing K1 applicants, so the school provided another teacher to teache the play group. However, I think that teacher is from Eastern Europe because her English is so strange. For example, she pronounced "RET" instead of "RED", and her lesson is so boring.

Can any parents tell me the quality of NETs in Mang Sang? Where are they from? Are their lessons funny? How do you think of them? If only Miss Hana is good, we will not accept the offer.

Hi Sam, I agreed that Miss Hannah is good. The NET teacher of my girl's class is Miss Sarah. We do have a teacher / parent meeting with Miss Sarah in Oct. My impression on her is pretty good as I don't see any strange accent on Miss Sarah and my girl always mentioned about Miss Sarah and sang some English songs at home. You better reflect your view to Ms. Choi for the strange accent on the said NET teacher.

Hi Sam, I'm not sure about the "quality" of other English teachers, but they all look quite friendly and we haven't heard of any complaints about their NET teacher so far. However, if you have serious concerns about their NET teachers, you better reach the school to understand more about their NET teachers.

My NET teacher is Miss Faye. She is also very very nice and my son love her very much... I originally thought these NET teacher should have high turnover and only do short time. However, they looks quite stable wor. I really don't know why the school can find and employ such nice NET teachers..

My son teacher Miss Faye take a month leave in Dec to attend her brother wedding party in South Africa. She gives all students a picture letter by hand writing. I feel warm..

Yes, Man Sang's teacher are very caring. Most of them are young and energetic! :)

I concern the NETs, because there were two times when Miss Hannah was off, the substituting teachers were not ok with me. So, I worry the qualification of other NETs. I hope I have chance to observe the N1 lessons.

Anyway, from the comments of other parents, it seems the normal teachers are nice, thank you very much!

Current N1 class has around 20+ kids for each class with 3 teachers per class including 2 Chinese and 1 NET teacher.

3 classes for am or whole day. Seems only 1 class for pm, but not sure.

想問讀民生pn下午班, 會否直升上k1? 同埋可否指定升上k1的全日班或上午班? 因升上k1不想讀下午班了。

所有pn都係直上架, 其實到下年五月交書薄費時實有人唔讀，可以轉返am, 到K1時亦實有d人會自然流失，轉返am/whole day都應該好易...

I didn't go to the school picnic finally ~
sigh .... I finally went to 聖瑪加利大 interview. But my girl's performance was extremely bad today. I'm a bit upset that we gave up the school picnic today : (
