Can anyone share infor re: St Catherine PN interview?  Thank you...

Existing St Catherine PN parents:
How are you finding the teachers, syllabus and environment?  What's the proportion of English, Mandarin and Cantonese?

This year SC PN kids were selected from last year small B, who attended K interview (at that mement nobody knew SC has PN school gonna open). That means the upcoming PN interview is the 1st time ever

My relative went for the PN interview in July ( or August) this year though.

However, can't share any info because she was crying from the very beginning and her mom just didn't know what's the interview contents were.

There were PN interview this year (2011) for admittance into their PN in Sept 2012? We were told that they will announce the details in Dec 2011...

I wish this would be the same case this year. My BB is born in Dec 2009 and we think she didn't do too bad but guess won't meet their kindergarten requirement and was hoping that perhaps they might consider my BB to their PN (In the hope that my BB don't need to go through another interview).

No, my relative only went for the PN interview for 2011-12 school year. 12-13 haven't start enrolment yet

Did your relative's child get into St Catherine? Would like to know if the teachers, environment..etc,. are good given that its' their first year running PN....

No, she got rejected, she was crying from the whole interview. Kelly chan's son is studying at that school now.

From my pt of view, sc pn is quite attractive cos no need to compete again to get into their kg. Though expensive, but it worth to save the hassle.

Yes, Kelly's son study in SC (Hunghom), so that give us the image that it's for rich or popular people.

I think if children born in 2010 Sept to Dec (small B), shouldn't have high expectation to get a place for the PN in Aug 2012, but we can still apply this Dec, hoping that they will keep our record and invite us to attend the PN class in Aug 2013.

However, by that moment, parents need to think if we would let our kids become super big B and also we still need to look for a school for our kids to study PN in 2012-2013 academic year.

By the way, anybody knows the number of students they need in PN?

Do anyone know if there's school bus? I remember parents in other posts said there's no school bus....
If so, I don't think I will apply as the location is not convenient....dunno how to get there by public transport....

From forums - seems like there's nanny bus but not sure which route it covers though...
