I used to live in that district. When I had lunch in restaurant nearby, I find that the boys from St Louis are quite polite and well-mannered. My husband is surprised to find that they didn't speak rudely which is not common for boys' school! haha

Yes, finished today. Almost no ones gave up but there are some cases that some boys cannot attend the preparation course. So, for those from waiting list who have handed in letters may have chances to attend the prep course. They will be re-assessed and a second chance (and priority) if someone give up the seats later on.

Don't expect to get acceptance call as the seats given up are way too small. It's more likely the next decision will be based on the observation thru the prep course, for those who received call from waiting list.

If you think I work there, then you should really thank me for letting your son join the prep course!

Just kidding!

We just have a very good relationship among the old boys and we would care about the school a lot, even though we all have graduated for a long time. So, I just try to see if I can help to find out more for those interested parents only. I really don't work there!

For sure, your son will stand a greater chance compare to others in the waiting list who cannot be admitted to the prep course. I believe you have sent the letter to the principal as I reminded you, right?

Good luck to you and I do hope you can find the right school for your son, no matter which one it is.

我有聽版主話入信俾學校 ^^...
請問知唔知大概有幾多個備取生入到導向呀? 如果到出年不幸地冇正取退出，學校會唔會"哽埋"我地班備取呢?

你幫人幫到底，幫我八下啦 :) 我到而家仲係食緊蛋，真係坐唔安瞓唔樂呀...

無錯我係住港島區，但我唔係住果附近。因為依間係我心儀的，所以於未出結果前我已做好準備，作好左信交在該區的朋友幫我"第一時間"親身遞信的。但係咪4號入我唔肯定哦...

I also get the call today, but I didn't submit any letter...so I guess it does not depend on the sequence of any letter....

I think you will know the official answer this Saturday.

As much as I want all those accepted will eventually attend, I believe by probability some people will get lucky from the lucky draw. With such small number of waiting-listed students attending the prep course, I still believe it will be a good chance.

No need to worry about this for now. You have another result to wait for, right?
