已dl樂基表格，但發現佢interview 日子我正坐緊月，所以諗緊去唔去in好。in又未必收，如好彩收左甘York and hkps又如何選擇咧？(兩間都係心儀的）

I had send the application form to HKPS on yesterday. If I cannot attend the interview by myself, father/grandmother will go for me.

So, apply first will be better.

其實點解樂基好過York呢？除左又係commercial哩個point~ 果日我去親身拎表，發覺樂基校舍細，不過好在都有playground俾小朋友free play~~

Yes, totally agree, why HKPS is better than York?

I went to HKPS (Fo Tan) last Saturday, once we go inside, my son cry very loud, he didn't cry when he went to the interview in York. Compare to the environment, i like York much much more. I haven't visited HKPS (Kowloon Tong) yet, maybe it's better than the one in Fo Tan.

I paid $30 to get the form from HKPS (Fo Tan), but then i read if apply for PN, the child must be born before 31 Aug 2010, I asked if they would consider small B, the teacher just said small B will be placed in waiting list, so i asked the receptionist to give me back the $30. I didn't apply for it.

For those who have small B, i think you can save the stamp.

兩間hkps我都去參觀過 :

fo tan :
-  : 一層式, 小朋友無機會跑樓梯
-  : 無戶外, 室內playground較kln大少少
-  : 課室內環境較寬廣

kln :
- : 分兩層, 地下比PG班, 一樓比k1 用
- : 有戶外
- : 課室比 fo tan campus 窄少少
- : 走廊外擺放有點亂

My kid got PN offer from York, but I still consider other choices (LH, SC, HKPS and KM), just want to compare among them

For HKPS Kowloon Tong, the classroom is small and there are 2-3 classrooms at every floor, but there will be two playgroup classes (around 2X each) and three N-K2 classes on every AM/PM session, will it be tooooo crowd?

坐緊月, 又唔係响醫院生緊BB. 出去一陣冇問題, 著多件衫唔好冷親. 有機會IN咪當見識下, 睇下人哋間學校.

KM-chung

Actually, KM also only accept big B (born before 31 Aug), you can go to the website and read the detail.

SC offer PN class only in Hunghom, and i think since so many people apply, small B would have very little chance.

Both SC and KM not yet start to apply for PN, if i got offer from York, i may apply for SC (to see see how's the school, as i may apply for K1) and i won't apply for KM (as my B is small B)

Same as you, but if for small B and got offer from York, i would try PN in York, and apply K1 in SC next year.

Since York accept more small B. If SC also accept small B, but just a very little number, the small B would be the minority in the class and he/she would be behind the whole class in terms of ability, this would affect his/her self confidence.

We got York offer last year also but we finally pick HKPS even we've already paid $660 for York's placement.

To me, I like the features of HKPS, e.g. small-size class, language environment (both English and Chinese), and promote reading habbits, etc.

Is your BB small or big B? For me, since my son is small B, so i think HKPS wouldn't accept my son.

Do you know if there are children born in Sept or afterward in your kid's class for PN in HKPS?
