阿囡今年P.6呈分試! 有時覺得我仲緊張過佢. 青春期中帶點反叛, 感覺佢大個左. 但又大唔晒. 叫佢温書好勞氣. 昨日因温書問題攪到大家都唔係好happy.
後來我自己反思. 係咪我太過緊張驚佢失手. 但佢係覺得自己係得, (因為有些科目我唔識所以無理佢, 佢又OK的, 仲好過我教). 我比佢既壓力仲大過佢比自己. 炒過之後, 我後來同佢講我唔會再迫佢做什麼練習, 讀書既係自己. 但我唔係唔理佢, 如果佢需要我幫佢改練習或比exercise. 我都會幫佢. 但我話我唔會主動. 叫佢自己唸唸自己想要咩. 讀書係自己的, 不是為我. 如果佢自己唔想衝, 我係咁踩油都無用.
雖然係講左出口. 但係個心都好唔舒服. 要克服自己的心魔好不簡單. 要時刻提醒自己唔好多口. 比多些空間佢自己handle.

今晚第一次由她自己安排. 我個口真係忍得好辛苦呀~~~但總算成功
我無主動比野佢. 但掉返轉佢會叫我幫佢默書及背書. 搞掂平時野後. 我咪叫佢自己執好野便OK. 佢問返我有無野比佢温習...我話你自己安排嫁la~ 你想温咩自己攞出來温咪OK囉! 佢話六年級呈分試想我幫多一年. 咁我話...如果你想我建議比你既話...咁我會建議你做下數學囉
咁佢話好呀! 叫我比份野佢做
就係咁...今晚由佢主動既氣氛下果然比平時好十幾萬倍
往後, 我要時時提醒自己. 退一步海闊天空. 要時刻記住她讀書不是為我的, 没理由我比她還急. 我不想上到中學也是皇帝唔急太監急. 因為這些日子真的不好過

恭喜哂! 你成功升級啦.
到P6, 一個正確o既讀書態度好重要, 佢開始知道係為自已而唔係為你, 就已經成功左一半, 再教佢一d溫書做notes技巧就OK.

多謝你既鼓勵
之前叫過佢自己温常識take notes, 但佢覺得好煩, 好似全課書好多野都係重要, 佢話咁咪即係抄晒囉!
所以想問下你有無咩技巧嫁?? 等我過兩招佢自己搞掂佢

E.g. Acid rain有乜影響, 咪寫重點1)XXXX
2)XXXX 3)XXXXXXXX 4)XX 5)XXXXX. 唔洗抄晒成課.
簡單d......食糖有乜disadvantages?
1) 爛牙
2) 無胃口食飯
3) 肥
4) 可能會引致糖尿病
5) 食太多添加劑落肚
......

Mind map is difficult to explain here, I recommend you to search Tony Buzan and or mind map in Google, an example as follow:

For my usage as follow:
1. I read a chapter and use chapter name as focal point;
2. In the chapter, I identify some themes/topics (may be problems, reasons, solutions......) then also identify some sub-themes, which will expand from the main theme, can be nore than 4 levels.
3. After finish the chapter, I will look at the map again. i may identify some gaps or common themes...... I will write down some cross reference from other chapters to make my understanding more holistic.
4. I prefer to use different colors, icons, pictures to make it more fun....
5. Sometimes, I will re-group those themes and personalise the info and knowledge. In exam, my answers may be more comprehensive and unique to other classmates.

呢輪keep住比佢自己拿主意點温...真係好好多, 無咁傷感情之餘. 佢仲上心左好多. 因為感到真係自己野.
