Any parents can share WKF vs SMC?
My daughter got offer from both schools. I like the envoironment of WKF and the language development of SMC is good too.

我都有這個問題, 唔知點樣取捨, 聽聞2間中學的校風都麻麻, 但SMC中學生一心唸住去外國讀, 學習風氣不強, 想問大家有何意見

I also got the WFK and SMC last year , finally I choose SMC. Both of the schools are also good.

一家三口 : as i know that your daughter is now studying there at SMC, may i ask for your opinion and elaborate on what do u mean by "SMC 壓力一定大過WKF", in what way? in terms of homework? or just language ability? I really want to know. If u were given a choice again , and if u accept offer to both, which would u choose and why nei? Thanks thanks !!!

How about the location?
And your kid's feeling to the school??

You might also consider those factors.

WKF我沒有認識有小朋友讀此校. 所以所知不多.

就是因為我們多了一科外語, 深信一定比WKF壓力多. 我囡囡用在法文和中文的溫習時間是最多的.

no pain, no gain, study one more langauge of course will need to take more time.

my case is my daughter had Chorus speaking practice after school, so I ask her to do some homework while waiting for me to pick her up after the practice. sometimes when I arrived and she's working on some homework, I waited by her side until she finished. But I don't know if others are of the same case.

我的情況跟Laputa差不多. 就我所知, 其他同學有些是由於要等人接放學, 所以邊做功課邊等^^.

還有2個問題想請教: 2nd in 中Mrs Lee説學校會收80位學生; 但註冊時, 文員小姐説會張70+學生分為兩班3組。
究竟一班大約有多少學生呢?
那些科目是由兩位班主任教的呢?

80是MAX NO. 有人會HOLD位直到9月, 所以未必會足80.今年P1同P2都分3GROUP. 兩位班主任CLASS TEACHER 每日都有最少30MIN 處理班務,可以多D認識學生.阿女嘅CLASS TEACHERS 係教MATH 同ENG. 不過由於每個SEM都會跟成績/學習情況重組中,英數同LIFE EDU, 有情況CLASS TEACHERS 係冇教小朋友科目.

中,英數同LIFE EDU會拆組,我聽過阿女話有GP4, 所以大約20人一GP, 不過唔知係唔係4科全部都係咁分(阿女冇試個轉組, 所以唔清楚)

All Eng teachers in primary section of SMC are NETs, so no 港式英文, but of course, for other subjects which are taught by local Chinese teachers, there's no way you can avoid.
