Anything for the 2nd interview be shared with others as I received 2nd interview letter on yesterday.

Previous experience for reference:

3 interviewers (usually comprises Headmaster of Sec. Division + Headteacher of Pri. Division)

Interviewees: Parents + child

Format:
--Father and mother each have to answer a question in one minute time. (a timer may be set.)
-- Then, parents are invited to leave the interview room. The child will then be interviewed alone. The topics are just common ones. No worry.

So, brief the son beforehand that parents would leave the room to minimize the boy's "surprise". "Soft skills" of the boy is important. Train him to stay calm, polite, pleasant, and responsive to questions.
