Sorry, just wonder the school will choose the 2nd instrustment or you can choose it by yourself. Does school provide any course or you have to learn the second instrument from outside?

School will organize an instrument selection day for parents and kids - there will be demonstrations by senior students...you can touch and try the interested instruments...you can also talk to the senior students/instructors for better understanding of the instruments. Parents and kids can choose the instrument by themselves. You may also seek advice from the music director/teachers if you are not sure which instrument is more suitable for your kid.

If your kid is learning an instrument (apart from piano) outside already, you may decide whether to join the school instrument class or not.

There will be an assessment on the instrument learned during Apr/May every year (no matter your kid is taking the school instrument class or learning outside).

當然要給錢學的，不過學費一般比私人教便宜。學校的樂器課是一對數個學生的，某些樂器可以要求單對單。
