I hv received three kindergarten offers so far~ is it necessary to pay all registration fee?? dun know choose which one ho a... my cup of tea is st cat anyway a....

my fd 's daughter was studying in SJC ga, but now she wants to change school for her becos the school fee is too expensive!

I have the same situation with u. I paid SJC, and give up St Nicholas and probably York (local) as well. SJC is not so famous as York, I am very struggling on this too.

I also gave up York International and choose SJC. I don't have very good feeling of SN, so did not apply ar!

school fee is around four thousands sth for whole day class right?? is there any other expenses??

lovecarey, simply because York gave me a bad impression when I had the interview, and I can totally feel that the interviewer (teacher) is not passion with kids. Maybe just that one is not good, I don't know.

For English, I believe SJC is even better because it is a full day class, the kids can listen to English for a longer time.

School said most of their kinder students go to their primary school, but this is subject to students' performance as well as parents' choice.

I have no doubt on their English standard, but anyone knows their Chinese standard?

Also, anyone can share more about their Primary School in any aspect?

我 In 左york, SN, SJC, TT , Stafford 及聖母.

York, SN, SJC 收左, 另外三間未有結果.應該吾收, 我只係交左sjc一間留位. 因為有小學.

我覺得好累了, 其實個個家長都係好好的, 今日去TT In, 我觀察到, 小朋友讀書, 家長仲緊張過小朋友. 我開始覺得, 小朋友的人生數最終都是他們自己走的. 佢地吾去努力, 我做200%, 都冇用. 家長真係好辛苦.

However, someone in BK says SJC only focus on written and reading, but no show & tell or speech training. Do you think it is important?

um...我諗你地好似唔係太了解sjc, 我apply 左sjc, 但最後無去in, 原因係我問過d 老師, 原來英文係由香港人(有cert) 敎, net teacher 只會敎phonics+story time, 每日只有15 mins, 每星期有三堂普通話堂..班住任老師係香港人, 聽完之後, 感覺上好似好少時間接觸net teacher, 雖然佢地應該英文好strong, 但係比較其他有net teacher做班主任又好似差d d....

confirmed by my friend, she said SJC okay.
Her son study SJC K3 & daughter SJC PN.

She said 2 net teacher only on KG.
Also, the chinese & math okay. with PTH but not too much.
