年年都有家長話唔記得攞表, 依家早d提下, 11月5日早上要攞喇.

報名程序

新學年的課程在九月開始。

報讀學前班者其出生日期為2010年1月1日至8月31日；而報讀幼兒班者其出生日期為2009年1月1日至12月31日。
索取報名表日期及時間：二零一一年十一月五日 (上午九時至下午一時) 家長可於本校網頁下載2012-2013年度報名表格，或於當日親臨本校索取。
面試日期：二零一一年十二月三日，而面試時間則容後以郵寄式或以電話通知家長。
面試結果於二零一二年一月九日前以郵寄方式通知家長。如二零一二年一月十六日後仍未收到面試結果之通知，可致電本校查詢。
請把填妥的報名表連同報名費港幣三十元正 (支票抬頭請寫 Hong Kong Preschool (Kowloon Tong)) 於 2011 年 11 月 12 日前連同下列文件交回或郵寄本校。

針紙副本 (須連同首頁);
出世紙副本
回郵信封四個

備註：日後如有小朋友因故離校，其空缺將在輪候名冊上按先後次
序補上如有任何查詢，請在辦公時間（星期一至五上午九時
至下午五時，星期六上午九時至十二時）內致電 2338 6336。

11月5日早上撞左迦南 interview, 其實有無經驗媽媽知道上網 download 有無難度, 會唔會有 quota, 會唔會 server busy, 我估要揾朋友幫手download.

如果十一點到先過去排隊攞表, 重攞唔攞到架, 唉.....

我都係諗住上網download,佢應該成個application period都可以download & no quota ar? 如果間間都要親身去攞,真係冇咁多時間呢.

雙兒, 呢間學校的pn好難入, 因為呢間學校好出名, 就算大b都未必入到. 當然唔可以話細b一定唔得, 但機會微d. 如果你真係想試, 你train下bb的英文同普通話指令, 因為佢地的interview只得全英文或全普通話, 去到抽籤取定你同bb用咩語言in.
你york收到信未? 你會考慮bb做超大b嗎?

Last year, I downloaded form from website. It's user-friendly and fast and finished within 1 minute. I guess there's no difference between downloading or in person coz we still got offer finally.

Anglo-cantonese class will use either English/Cantonese to interview while Anglo-mandarin class will use either English/Mandarin.

Both parents can go interview with kid. Few basic question will ask parents (e.g. who take care kid daily, where will the family go during holiday, etc.) Then the interview will request kid to perform following task:
1. Ask to point who is daddy and mammy
2. Three anamial cards and then pick the one the interviewer asked.
3. Three fruit cards and then pick the one the interviewer asked.
4. Follow interviewer's instruction to play toy (sorry, I don't remember clearly this part)
5. Ask kid to point to eye/mouth/ear, etc.
6. Lastly give small toy to kid and ask him to choose (two choice one, I guess it is testing kid's color identification)

My tips are don't hug kids to interview room, let them go by themselves. Also, let the kids response by themselves even they're only 10+months old.

如我冇記錯, 上年試過down左server , 不過學校亦同日宣佈延長download申請表時間, 至下午. (忘記左幾點, 好似係3點) 算係咁.

聽大家講,上網都拎到form就唔親身去,相信好多家長SAT 都會上PG, 或者去interview,可以download就好了。

謝謝IRK的分享,面試題目與其他學校相似,選英粵班就放心好多了。

12月面試,對我8月BB來說已經好幸福了。

我見樂基主要有兩level:

Angola-Chinese Stream and International Stream.

邊個組別interview 係唔會用普通話?

想請教有經驗既家長,如果報國際班但小朋友只在考普通話既時候未如理想,學校會唔會比中英文班既offer呢？(好像york如果表現良好就會比主流班既offer)

上網register時係要輸入小朋友姓名和出生日期, download左的form上亦有小朋友的資料及申請編號, 所以係non-transferable架，應該無人比到你了

Please enclose the following information with completed application form.
1. Copy of immunization record (including first page)
2. Copy of birth certificate
3. Four self addressed, stamped envelopes

 Playgroup applicants are those children born on or after 1st January, 2010 and before 31st August, 2010. Nursery applicants are those children born on or after 1st January, 2009 and before 31st December, 2009.

 We will notify you of the interview time by post. If you do not receive a letter on or before
26th November, 2011 please contact us immediately.

 All interview results will be posted to you on or before 9th January, 2012.

 Please return the application form together with a crossed cheque for HK$30 (payable to Hong Kong Preschool (Kowloon Tong)) on or before 12th November, 2011. This may be done by either post or hand to our general office. (No.14 Essex Crescent, Kowloon Tong)

 Our office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays.

因未DL前要打名...打出生日期...所以應該比5到人丫...

係呀, download 時要打小朋友名, 出生日期. 然後download出嚟張form已經有小朋友名同出生日期唔係自己寫, 而且有個application number 到時interview 會對返小朋友個名同number.
