培正係傳統學校，唔係小氣學校。若培正真係咁小心眼，比你都唔好讀啦。

I don't think it's difficult to get in. They accept transfer students from other schools every year. You can check their website at the end of the school year in June or July.

The number of available places depends on how many kindergarten students gave up P.1 places to other school. I heard that last year is around 10-20 places only.
