我撞左兩間, 好唔願意地要放棄一間! 但有個好蠢既問題 - 如果去唔到咁係唔係就咁唔出現就算? 當然份application自動放棄,但間學校係唔係立即寄信俾你定係臨到尾先出信? 定係會完全收唔到信好似份application人間蒸發咁?

Actually the two schools are very much different in style, still have trouble deciding which one is more suitable for your kid?

You cannot consider them as equally important now. So you must give a preference to one and so whatever route and schedule you will attempt, you will need to make sure you can attend the one you prefer more.

我覺得攪成咁, 好大程度唔係父母問題, 而係香港教育制度既問題.

有邊個父母唔希望子女入讀好既學校? 但係從申請至面試, 我地都係好被動, 而學校又要係小一派位呢個唔公平遊戲前盡量完成面試, 叫做好讓父母有多一門選擇. 咪攪到間間私小/直資都要集中係九,十, 十一月收生, 撞期情況自然出現.

再者, 如果可以邊個唔想享受十二年免費教育而又讀到一間好學校? 問題係香港教育無長遠計劃, 三年一小變五年一大變, 填鴨式.. 如果要在金錢同學習之中取一, 為何父母會選後者.

同意兩間學校風格好唔同，不過如果係2間都取錄再決定讀邊間就可能比較容易，現在始終考都未考，家長決定唔到都唔奇，而且有部份小朋友性格唔鮮明，谷得唔谷得可能都仲未睇得出，如果時間上許可，都盡可能想in哂o既..tsl 會可有機會改到呢?佢本身個面試日期好似都係有得揀?我估佢彈性大d掛

舊年呢個week都係3-4間學校安排interview, 無好似今年咁成10+間堆埋一齊~~~

Is it possible to choose two, from both ends? My guess is these two at 9am and 11am probably are not your most favorite?

But True Light allow you to not be on time, as long as you arrive before 11:15am.

係米頭同尾分別在hk同kln side? in 左頭先, 有時間再趕去最尾/最近囝果間

真光?如果是香港真光來說,上年是可以不用按照表上時間的,只要在interview period出現就ok,不過上年學校只安排了一個星期六上午

That's true. I also agree it may not be possible to decide now. But it is better to have at least one of the two which prefer slightly more, so when you need to run between two, you will know which one you would want to have attended it.

Or just flip a coin if cannot decide, let's faith decide if really cannot decide. You never know the result. Even if able to attend the one prefer, may not get the offer, or if attend the other one and get offered.

6月o個時我都有2間面試撞到應，咁因為我本身對所考的學校已經有一個排序，所以一收到信即時試下打去冇咁想入o既一間問下可唔可以改，當時諗法係，改到就去埋，改唔到，唯有放棄一間，結果，幾日後有回復可以改，好彩地可以去哂2間，不過真係好趕..趕到係我自己o係的士上面黑哂口面(爸爸事後同我講返)，不過我確實認識唔少家長係有埋offer都未決定到自己喜歡邊間多d

我明白，我兒今個星期都有2個面試，之前我都諗定如果真係撞，會點，第一日就諗住去a校，第2日又諗，唔去b校好似好side，你試下打去tsl 問問?祝你早日解決呢個問題，加油哦^_^

Seven interviews without schedule crashes? That's amazing but I guess still not possible to attend all due to physical location + traffic.

其實我覺得要衡量自己小朋友既表現同機會率, 係人都想小朋友入男拔依d頂級學校, 但如果真係面試時間太接近, 而小朋友又唔係真係超smart, 倒不如選一間競爭細d既學校去面試啦, 起碼入到既機會率會更大, 如果夾硬去見, 小朋友又辛苦, 表現又會差左, 到時間間都唔收仲得不償失

My kid is studying in Raimondi P.2. Yeah, Shiu Fai Terrace is a narrow road, with the school located at the cul-de-sac. So traffic jam can always be seen at special occasions where parents coming up on taxi.

I'll try to avoid going up via Shiu Fai Terrace, i.e. I walk up from Queen's Road East after getting off from a bus, eg. no. 10/109/113. Then walk up along Stubbs Road and reach school via a staircase next to the little playground. The steep Stubbs Road and the stairs look scary at first but in fact it'll take <10 mins. I know this may not be a preferred option for formally dressed up mammies who will be on high-heels for the interview. But the time can be controllable, otherwise, getting stuck in a taxi on the road will make the whole family more nervous. Besides such path is not uncommon, as quite a lot of Raimondi mammies will walk like this. Hope this can help.

有些學校有幾日interview,
若預早知schedule, 交表時可以試下早交或遲交就下,
所以未必一定會撞

I was just wondering it must be very lucky with 7 interviews in the same day without crashing only!

We had no crashes too, all interviews are two weeks apart each other and only one interview this Sat. Didn't even crash with HKCC's interview last week.
