Understand that SJS is Government subsidized and RC is PIS (higher fee). Both are ESF schools. Any other different in term of

-Teaching method
-Student combination (local / international)
-Language ability such as Eng., Chi., and others.
-Academic result from public exam
-Students conducts

Both are IB schools
RC: traditional chinese
SJS: simplified chinese

-Student combination (local / international)
RC: 70% students are hk people
SJS: cat. I students are majority

-Language ability such as Eng., Chi., and others.
RC: target at bilingual diploma
SJS: chinese as second language

-Academic result from public exam
SJS's IB result is better than RC in 2011

-Students conducts
To be honest, it depends on the family rather than school.
