小兒K1,坐旅遊巴size校巴回校.近日發現跟車老師安排3名幼稚園生坐沒有安全帶的2座位,想知道這是否合法的?
老師安排小兒坐司机後幾行的路邊位,很担心小兒安全.但跟車的又是固執兼冇"計"傾的老師,很驚直話直說會觸動她的神經,應如何處理?

Concerning your question, unfortunately it is legal to have 3 kids under 1.4M (actually I forgot the actual height specified) to share a two-person seat, without adding extra seat belts.

Yes, you are right. It is legal to arrange 3 kids below 1.3 m to share a 2 person seat. I noticed this morning that my son actually starts getting used to seat on the aisle. So I will give in and remind my son to behave and seat properly when the bus is in motion..
