今年選校,好喜歡德雅......請幫忙

We also like Tak Nga a lot and we have applied for it this year for our elder daughter.

I believe naturally it should not be too difficult (as compared to the other competitive ones), consider that Tak Nga secondary was one of the few schools suffered by the language policy change by EDB few years ago.  So, many parents may put lower preference on this school as a result of that.

However, we had a wonderful feeling with this school when we submitted the application.  It is a very warm feeling that we almost feel like home.  The whole experience was very pleasant, and we can feel everyone there with a truthful kind heart.

For us, academic result is not the only criteria and not the most important ones.  Hope the result is good!

德雅小學好唔好? 你要先定义什么是好。

德雅小學不難入。但有人认为不難入，不好。

我觉得它很好。起码学生有礼貌，咁都几好!

很認同，所以要先有自已看法，才因此會有好這件事。

個人來說，在現今資源豐盛的年代，要一個小孩子十八般武藝不難，但小孩子的為人修養，必須從小培養及教育。

這些，不能用錢買的，才是人性真貴的地方。

其實學校收表的很大可能是校工，我對校工也有要求但沒有期望。但每次我到學校附近，看到德雅的學生，我會感到舒服。在巴士站等車，如果你好彩,遇到她們的修女,你也會發現她們很友善。

May be this is faith. Different people looking at the same person with the same conversation can have different personal feelings. Not to mention there are many circumstantial reasons which can affect what your husband had experienced.

At the end, we are also just an applicant so I can only share what God had arranged to us from our visit. It was brief but we can feel it is the right school.

My experience on submission of application was quite pleasant. The staff was very polite and even the lady who answered the door bell was polite. There were several students in the school for activity on that day and all of them were very quiet too. I knew two girls who graduated from this school and they both did very well afterwards. I have good faith to this school too.

I chose Tak Nga because I've read your posts. I believed it's a good school, but just have some diffierent feeling.

其實幾鍾意間學校, 只係我個係仔, 始終有點擔心, 因為知道小學階段, 男仔點都無女仔咁叻.

但我好珍惜呢類天主教學校.

現在的天主教區學校, 很多都用地方來命名了, 從前的"德"字派學校, 買少見少. 雖然, 名唔代表一切, 但我覺得, 係辦學的理念會多少融入其中的. 我相信, 老牌的天主教學校, 佢地多少都係將品德陪養放在頗重要的位置.

我兩個姪女都是德雅舊生,現在讀緊聖母玫瑰. 學校讀書氣氛濃厚, 她們每星期都有不同英文課外活動, 小三以上,考試比較深,教早一級,考深一級.

I really love this school too. Especially my daughter is a Catholic, I am sure if she can be accepted, she will have very happy primary & secondary school life there.

我的女兒今年讀P1, 開學至今, 她很喜歡德雅這間學校. 亦很喜歡她的班主任.

功課不少, 但放學前有功課輔導堂, 同學可在回家前完成部分, 甚至大部分功課.

在家長會時,修女校長給我的感覺是很和善, 很有愛心. 學校對同學在品德和學業的要求也很嚴格, 我看見其它的高年級同學很乖.

至今為止, 我很高興我的女兒在德雅讀書.

我無報禮賢, 我只報左天主教學校同埋一係無宗教背景個d.
你講1st. 係指禮賢定其他學校?
其實好多第一round 都是in小朋友, 所以daddy mami 唔駛話一齊去既, 不過如果可以陪到小朋友一齊去in, 可以比到信心佢地, 小朋友覺得一家人都支持佢咁囉!
