My son'll soon be flying to the UK with BA. I bought him a student ticket with baggage allowance of two 23 kg bags. Can he carry with him into the cabin a hand bag (with a laptop inside) plus another hand baggage (a small suitcase)? I also want to know if the BA ground staff carry out strict checks at the boarding gate.
