I think the school will only inform those parents to attend 2nd interview at this round. And then, they will inform those direct acceptance in Oct?

I think the offer letter will be sent by end of Oct as mentioned by other parents earlier.

oh, that's a lot. How many people applied this year. I guess it was only 1100 applicants last year.
