有嘅！每班兩個，但大多比幼稚園生。你可試吓叩嘅，但不要望！
註:今年SJK 是最後一屆。如你小朋友是明年先選小一，咁就有希望。但唔知校長如何甄選！？

I have also heard from different sources that those who got 25pts couldn't get in. It started to happen 2 years ago when the school started to cut down classes and class size. If you know somebody who could get in with 20 pts, likely he got in from 2nd round not the 1st round.

活生生一個例子, 是在St Jo (BK)內題帖. 其實你哋有入嚟睇之前嘅帖或到第一輪放榜看看有冇人講就知事實. 當然我亦有身邊朋友20分入咗.

遊戲機制係高分嘅先行被分派。派完25分再派20分。如始類推。好難想像20分有位而25分冇位。請冷靜，唔好道聽途說。

After reading the thread, it seems true woh..... people could really get in with 20 pts in 1st round. How come I keep hearing ppl saying not getting in with 25 pts???

I think the competition this year is fierce. More parents get better preparations, and also more kids have sibling study in St Joseph. After reducing the no. of class, the available seats for 1st round only has around 70 and around half reserve for the School staff children and present student's brothers, around 35-40 seats remains for the 1st round allocation. In fact, there are quite a no. of kids with 25 points, I won't say these 25 points applicants can consume all 40 seats, but shouldn't have a lot of room for all the 20 points applicants.

ST JO 及華仁20分都喺要抽.
St Jo 有五班 x 30ppl = 150 seats /2
華仁只得兩班 x 30ppl = 60 seats /2
咁你自己計吓個機會率!

大多數20分的家長計完個機會率後都會選擇st. jo
相反華仁少位D家長未必選擇第一
所以ST. Jo年年都很多家長選擇第一
加上St. Jo幼稚園生80人一定是第一選擇St. Jo 小學
相反華仁沒有幼稚園生,
所以機會率看來好像st. jo多位但其實很大競爭.. 等於喇沙
華仁有上下午班應該有4班以下計算
華仁上午班(兩班) 30ppl  = 60/2
   下午班(兩班) 30ppl = 60/2
                        Total=120seat

You are right.
It is no way that 20pts can get in and 25pts can't.

Maybe something is missed when overhearing others.
