請問如果自行分配學位的申請人是媽媽, 但是屋企所有繳費單都是爸爸的名字, 這可以作地址証明嗎? 謝謝!

改申請人做爸爸，然後爸爸授權俾媽媽代辦申請手續

去政務署做地址宣誓證明。
交小一入學申請表時連同證明書正副本交畀有關小學，部份小學核對後會收起副本做記錄。

我記得上年時, 唔需要改名的, 因為學校會對結婚證書的父, 母名...

since you need to hand in the form at the end of this month, but then it takes at least a month (or, at least, in your next 'round' of bills) in order to change the name of the bills, so, you won't have enough time.

Try to call the Education Bureau if you are absolutely unsure about the opinion that are offered to you here in BK!

帶埋結婚證書去, 連埋出世紙, 就OK啦.
