請問有無人知道DGJS2012小一入學申請表是一頁紙 or 2 single-sided pages? 因爲自己print，邊樣會好啲？

Write the applicant's name at the back of the photo before affixing.

Why?

I didn't write down the name, is it a problem?

If affixing not firmly, what happened ? The related staff need to base the name of the photo to match which application form dropped the photo.

Don't worry, in general, KLN to KLN or HK to KLN, around one day , if you mail it yestersday, i.e. Friday, it should be reached DGJS today (Sat am or pm depending when to deliver the mail). In the worst case, it also can be delivered coming Mon. It's OK, don't worry about it. Be more relax la ....
