因我今早收到英國監護人3/9 send 的 e-mail.

Of course not, practically instantaneous. In HK timein the afternoon, I often exchange emails with my brother, who is at work and is morning in the UK. However, I'm not sure about free accounts like yahoo, gmail etc. But 1 to 2 days, there is definitely something wrong somewhere!
