I think it would be posted later on, say, 1/9? There is no new stuffs on the website yet.
About the rubber band, I didn't ask before. However, I think black would surely be acceptable. I help my daughter to cut her hair before the school start. I guess it would be easier for her to manage.

Girls: Hair reaches the shoulders should be tied up with dark or light blue or black hair-bands/ribbons.
